Turn Off Safe Mode in LG Optimus V

I have a lg optimus pro and it's stuck in safe mode I tried restarting it and everything and nothing is working....my volume down button isn't working what do I do?

I am in the SAME boat!! Volume down button is not working and I've tried EVERY suggestion to get it out of Safe Mode for 3 days now. This is annoying....I feel helpless. Please keep me posted if you get an answer.

hold your power button and volume up button down together for 10-15 secs. it causes cold boot and restarts the phone and safe mode shuts off.

Unless, of course, you'd rather try to download market apps, research about APKs, Gingerbreak, Terminal Emulator, & learn how to copy for flash-recovery... In which case, go right ahead. THAT doesn't sound like a needless waste of lots of time. Nope.
