Tweetcaster log in fail

I have tweetcaster from the amazon store, when I try to log in it says failed to connect with twitter.

I uninstalled it, dl'ed the free one from the market and got the same problem.

I tried seesmic, got the same error. Anyone know what my problem is?

I've only had this problem on the tab btw.

After looking at other apps, I figured out that I needed to set my time, date, and timezone correctly before twitter allows an app permission. Pretty interesting. I set my timezone and the app connected no problem.

I found tweetcaster was becoming more and more temperamental so switched to Plume and have not gone back
