Twitter app w/ custom notifications??

I currently use Tweet Caster. I don't like getting Twitter notifications, however, I WOULD like to get notifications of tweets from one particular person that I just started started following. I'd there a twitter app out there that allows you to allow notifications from one person, but not from others?

don't have an app to recommend, but you could utilize the SMS notification for that @userID.

though depending on your messaging package and the frequency of the twitterer's updates it could go poorly...

I think Tweekdeck does that, but I honestly don't like it. Sadly, my Twitter client of choice doesn't do that, either...
