Twitter Notifications Issue

What is up with the Twitter app for this tablet? Some notifications pull up the related tweet (usually if it's relatively new), but most do not pull up. The blue circle swirl will just keep on turning with no results. I've cleared the app cache and data, reset up my profile a few times over time, but still have this issue. I've had this issue for quite a while, but just decided to post about it. Does anyone else have this issue?

It appears it's a built-in app for the note, as it's not available in tablet format in Google Play so it appears if there is no fix I have to live with it.

As mentioned, there are no Twitter apps for this tablet in the play store...

Android doesn't rely on tablet specific apps. Apps are natively (generally) coded to adapt to different screen sizes, resolutions and aspect ratios dynamically. The stock twitter app should work fine.

Haven't tried those. I first wanted to see if others had the issue. I may give it a try if nobody else has the same problem and a potential fix.
