two broken S4

I have two broken Galaxy S4 SPH-L720 from Sprint.

One was replaced with the Total Equipment Protection Plan for $150 and now the screen doesn't turn on but the glass is not crack or broken at all. Seems it can be turned on but the screen is not working while on the older S4 the screen is cracked but function perfectly.

I was wondering if I can swap the parts between the two phones and have one functional phone. I'm just not sure what needs to be swapped.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Send the new one back as defective.... they should replace it without issue
