Two Issues with Pie 9 update

Go the Android 9 update this morning. Two issues:

(1) Icons in Quick settings which are in off mode is a white circle and the feature icon within that circle is very, very grey. So light it can't be determined what it is.

(2) When long pressing on a text message, the edit box pops up but it's all white.

Anyone else had these issues?

You might mention the model phone - I don't have either of them, and I've been running Pie since August.
