Twrp Touch is not Working Please help ?

I wanted to root my Samsung Galaxy S4 And flash a rom but when i installed a TWRP recovery its touch is not working at all.Only power button works which turn off the screen.How can i exit from it? or How can i flash another Twrp whose touch is working.?

1. Use the power button (for about 20 seconds) to reboot, then try rebooting into TWRP again. (Some versions had that problem once in a while.)

2. Find your version of the S4 on this page, go to it, get the file(s) you need and install. (If you can unlock the bootloader, the easiest way is to boot the img file, which will put you in TWRP, then use it to install the zip file. Then you're done.)
