Will It stop charging once at 100% or will it overheat the phone? Asking because I also plan on using it for overnight.

It will stop charging. I would think, as well reviewed as this unit is, if it didn't shut off, that would have been thoroughly reported.

Mine appears to shut off while it finished charging. With the Note 4, it would not do that and constantly turn the screen back on after reaching 100℅ all night long! That was very annoying.

I have the S View case and can only get mine to charge sideways. Strange.

Tested it last night. Charged well with no problems.
