TYLT is funding their new Qi wireless charger (VU) using Kickstarter. It's fully funded, so it's going to happen. You have six days left to participate and get a charger for less than the retail price of $70.

I don't know what the delay was, but product is scheduled for delivery Aug 5-9 to Kickstarter backers. I suspect they're testing the waters for wireless chargers since not many phones support it. This way they're mitigating their risks by getting commitments to buy. Since they are an established company I'm optimistic everything will come to fruition.
