Tylt wireless charger 50% off

I got a response from a customer service rep last night saying "Thank you for contacting TYLT customer support. We apologize for the delay as we were experiencing website issues. You will be sent a unique promo code within the next week or so which you can use to place your order." I hope the code comes sooner rather than later, I'd hate for the Vu to be sold out.
 
I was able to get an order through Monday, but instead of the one vu I put in my cart my order confirmation showed 4. I've e-mailed Tylt to make sure it gets corrected but no response so far.
 
Glad to report that i was a Tuesday guy and i got the email at 1:00 EST today. Tough getting to the order page, but it finally went through. For those trying to order tonight be warned that it will probably get tougher to get through once everyone is home and starts placing their order.
 
No email here as well...waiting since monday. Good thing I have not been holding my breath!

I have been waiting for an email saying my charger has shipped. I finally went to the website today and used the tracking tool to see what was going on.

My order was placed and confirmed on 12/2. According to USPS, shipping was initiated on 12/8 and it left a sorting facility in CA this morning. Hopefully I will see it by the end of this week, but more likely early next week.

Been over 1.5 weeks and nothing yet. I'm not even getting responses from their customer service dept on general inquiries. I think I'm going to start looking elsewhere.
 
I just got a second email today, giving me one more chance to buy at the Cyber Monday price. Of course I already ordered when I received the first email.

I submitted my email address on Cyber Monday when I couldn't get an order to go through. I sent a follow up inquiry through their website contact form on Tuesday and an email direct to their customer service email account yesterday. No response at all. Have been checking spam folder. I'm encouraged that people were still receiving codes as of a couple of days ago. I wish they'd at least post a new message on their site saying they are still working on it.
