Is there a phone number you can call them about it? It's like the BlackBerry sale a couple of weeks ago. People only started getting their shipping notice today after placing an order 2 weeks ago.

TYLT has been a joke. I ordered ONE of them but was charged for two. I thought whatever, I could give one to my kids to share for their new Nexus 7's for Christmas. I waited MORE THAN A WEEK and never got an email with a tracking number. I called them 7 times in 2 days, each time leaving a very detailed message with my order number requesting a call back. I NEVER received a call back. I also sent 10 messages in 3 days and FINALLY got a response:

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for contacting TYLT customer support. We did receive your order and it will be processed as soon as possible. I apologize for the delay as we were having some issues with our website but your order was received. Also, the amount was deducted from your account, it is just pending authorization.

We will get your order out to you ASAP.

He is full of it, my account has already been charged. I'm hoping that they don't charge me again when and IF I ever receive my order.

I sent another email today. It's been 4 days since I received the email above. Still no shipping number; still no information about my order.
 
I suspect this tiny little company got way more business than they expected. Yes, they did charge my credit card the moment I placed the order, and it took a day to get the order confirmation. The Order search feature on their website never updated until the order was actually sent out, and which time I was able to get a tracking number. Interestingly, the tracking said to expect a 12/19 delivery, but it actually showed up on 12/13(2 day delivery via USPS).

I am happy they honored their cyber monday deal, and to me it was no biggie that they are/were "behind".
 
I ordered early on cyber Monday (only perk of beingawake when everyone else is asleep), and it finally arrived yesterday. They seem to be pretty slow, but it is very nice when it finally arrives.
 
Anyone else having problems with their tylt charger? My nexus 5 gets really hot and stops charging. Other times it takes like 4 hours to charge

My MAXX has been fine. Do you have a thick case on your Nexus? Maybe try removing the case to see if that makes any difference? Other than that I dont have anything else to suggest.
 
Mine was warm this morning, but not the other two mornings since the Tylt arrived. I am thinking of putting on a monitor just to see what the temp looks like as it charges.

I wanted to give an update. Although the process was anything but quick and smooth, I am happy to report that both of my TYLT chargers arrived. I called Wednesday around 4:00 est and refused to hang up or be put through to voicemail until I talked to a supervisor. After about 5-7 minutes of waiting a supervisor came to the phone. After explaining my situation to her, she looked and finally found my order. She apologized and said that she doesn't understand why it hadn't been shipped by now. She said she was shipping them next day air free of charge and that I would have them by Thursday (yesterday). At 4:30 lasts night, my two chargers were on my front porch. If you are going to come to a forum and rip a company, you have to come back and report when they do something right.

Side note, the charger worked wonderfully last night. I honestly don't understand what all the fuss was about the "wireless charging sound".
 
Now if they would just email the rest of us our codes

I feel the same obligation to let people know when a company has made amends and solved a problem. My impression is Tylt is probably a good company that was massively overwhelmed by their Cyber Monday promotion and they simply didn't have the resources to respond promptly.

Now if they would just email the rest of us our codes

It took two weeks for people to get shipping notices on their purchases for the recent BlackBerry sale... Maybe there's something in the air. :/

I received an email from Tylt late this afternoon with my Discount Code and I just processed my order. Props to Tylt for honoring their original promise - hopefully everything will go smoothly from here. :)

As a side note, the person from Tylt who responded is the same person quoted in post #45 - I wonder how many Customer Care Specialists Tylt has on staff?
 
Ordered on 12/6 emailed them twice. Heard back from the same guy as you on the 19th saying it would ship out that day. Checked tracking yesterday and USPS shows as having received a shipping notice, but it hadn't been picked up. So its coming but evidently not in any rush. Oh well the price you pay for 1/2 off.
 
Well, I thought I had just gotten lost in the shuffle. It appears that many others are still waiting. I guess I'll wait a bit longer before getting upset...... As if that will help things. :-)
 
I wanted mine to give as a Christmas present. I guess I had better count it out. I doubt very much it will be here in time.
