U11 - USB Peripherals no longer recognised - Can only Charge

A few weeks ago I stopped being able to use my Mavic Air drone with my U11.

Worked great for 3 months, then overnight it stopped. As phone worked fine otherwise, I assumed it was an issue with the drone. I took the drone back to the retailer and they gave me a replacement new one.

That didn't work either, same issue. (I'd plug the remote into the phone, turn it on and my phone didn't recognise the RC was connected).

Last week I got a USB-C SD card reader, and I have the exact same issue with that. My phone simply doesn't recognise it's plugged in.

Both the drone and card reader work 100% fine with other android devices I have, so it is definitely a phone issue.

I've tried enabling USB debug mode and changing the input type MIDI/PTP/MTP etc, with no luck.

Is there a way to fix this without sending the phone away for several weeks for repair?

Charging and all other phone use is as normal.

I would think that if you are going to send it in for repairs you have to wipe it. I would try resetting it first and see if I still had the issue. At least at that point you eliminated any software issues.
