Ubuntu Touch on Bionic

I've seen there are ways to install Ubuntu Touch onto the Bionic. The only problem is that one of the necessary files are/were stored on goo.im, but that site is offline. The files I'm trying to get to are/were at this link... http://goo.im/devs/Hashcode/targa/ubuntu-phablet/ . Anyone know of any alternative download locations for those files?
