Uh oh protection heads up

So somehow my camera cracked and I started the whole uh oh protection process. They give you 2 options. Advanced option which they claim they will send a replacement via overnight shipping but you have to put a credit card hold for 599. The regular option takes 3-5 days to ship and they dont need a credit card. I chose the advanced option and it has been 4 days without a replacement not even a tracking number but of course they put the credit card hold of 599! Ive called to complain and they dont seem to know anything. So just a heads up dont even bother with their "advanced" option.

I think you just had a bad experience... someone else on here told us about how she cracked her screen and got her phone within 2 days...

Bad experiences happens with every manufacturer don't let it scare u, but I am sorry this happened to u...hopefully I never have to use it to find out if I have a good or bad experience

I went through it twice recently. It's not overnight like it's supposed to be (shipping is overnight but takes 3 days for them to send) but the credit card option is far faster than waiting for them to receive your returned phone, which is about another 3 or 4 days on top of it all. Unless your cc has an extremely low limit that's going to cause a problem, I don't see any reason to not go that route.
