UHQ upscale disabled and no auto performance mode

Couple of missing things.
1. UHQ upscaler is disabled on my phone.
2. Also, on my note 5 there is an option for power saving mode to kick in automatically (based on configured percentage) which am not able to find.

I'm surprised no one has answered this yet
I'm having the same UHQ gray out problem with a Samsung Level Box Pro speaker.

I don't even have that option shown, grayed out or anything. Must not be available on T-Mobile.

Have you tried checking after plugging in headphones or Bluetooth headset

Pretty sure it's only enabled when something is plugged into the headphone jack

Are you looking here in the Settings under Sounds?
