I also got mine for Hong Kong SD about 12 hours ago. I connected to Smart Switch to do a backup and it said "new software available." Then it showed up via OTA as well.

Not seeing much to be excited about yet...

Great question, I haven't switched my SIM to T-Mobile yet so I don't know.

Did you try hooking your phone up to Smart Switch on your computer? That's where updates "land" first.

Yeah I did that on day one. Will try again today.
