UI - Desktop grid question

Non-rooted VZW S3 using Nova Launcher. Zooper widget.

I am not sure if it's possible to do this but I've been playing with my settings and can't seem to work it out. I really like a couple of my Zooper Widgets like the one at the top left of this image. What I'd like to do it to have that stay but also be able to scroll the rest of the screen / desktop (bottom 3/4) in the typical desktop grid-like manner. The Nova launcher drawer won't expand that big. It's not a big deal but I'm wondering if that's possible?

Hummm... to be honest, I haven't seen any "Stay on top" widgets. I know there's no such option in any of the launchers I've tried, but since there are apps like the floating home button or the present shortcuts, it IS possible to have an app floating on top of everything else (i.e. Chat Heads), I just haven't seen that done on a widget. Maybe Zooper has that option somewhere?

Thanks SpookDroid. Great idea, but alas, i'm not seeing anything in the Zooper settings. It's no big deal I guess, but would have been cool.

You could probably post this as an idea on developer forums. It's not such a bad idea, and I'm sure there is a market for such a thing. Not sure if you can control the ALWAYS ON TOP property to just work on Homescreens (having a constant widget on top of everything on your phone can be a bit obtrusive) though.

Or you can just have the same widget on the same position on all your homepages hehe
