The CPW still say not being sent out until Thursday for deliver Friday. I wish they would send them out Wednesday so I could collect first thing Friday

I have preordered as an O2 upgrade at carphone warehouse. I already have a spigen armour case with the kickstand and a tpu screen protector. Am looking forward to trying dex, although the wireless charger and sd card would have been better. Although I got a SanDisk 200gb micro sd for £40 from cex, so it may be worth checking there if you are after an sd

I went and had another play with the phone today at my local O2 store. It's such a beast. Can't wait to get my hands on it.

Hi shanhaichica. No it was not new, but I formatted it and works well in s7 edge, so good price if you don't mind used cards

Sooo excited. I love my note edge, had not intended to change but....well couldn't resist. I am going with gorgeous gold N8, it is due on 15th Sept. I am buying direct and will move SIM card. I have 2 cases ready and waiting....thinking of buying the keyboard case/cover, if they do it for the note 8. Wonder if anyone else has ever used one. Will be ordering my free Dex station from Samsung soon as.

I have ordered black. Gold is nice, but my s7 edge is gold and wanted a change, also the bezels are black so think black blends in better, although I would have gone for deepsea blue if it was in uk

Apparently it's UK Mail delivering them direct from Samsung with a 1 hour time slot, hopefully AM

My S5 was gold with a black front. I loved that combo. The black looks really slick though.

I first ordered from Samsung.co.uk on fridy but they didn't want my 1000 euro come Monday because I paid by paypal and live in Ireland so after I ordered from a 3rd party seller on amazon and they told me that earliest release in UK would be 14th with 1-2 day delivery, so Friday. ...monday/tuesday will be us UK & Ireland people

I'm still sceptical about a Friday delivery to be honest, even though they have said in recent communication. I hope so but we'll see, don't want to get my hopes up too much lol.

I'm still working out how to be home to take delivery if it does come on Friday, wife working, I'm working, so if I get the time slot from UK Mail, I'm going to have to dart home, sign for it, then leave it and dart back to work!
On a side note (no pun intended) I was thinking that maybe the Dex station could also be used as a charge stand on my bedside, anyone know if the charger will fast charge the phone from the Dex?

That's a good point about the dex being used as wireless charger. I am getting mine from carphone, so fingers crossed they will get it in on Friday, does anyone know for certain when carphone will get it in as I am getting impatient?!!

The Dex supports fast charge. So should be a yes.

That's my S8 up for sale in the usual places. A little sad to see it go, awesome piece of kit. The camera has blown me away. Can't wait to see what extra the note brings.
