Never got any email with a tracking webiste on :-( Are there links to anything on the email?
I did ring samsung and ask it I should have had a confirmation email, they said yes but not to worry as the order is on the system.

Yes, my order confirmation email, support@samsungukshop.com, had a link in it to my order.
Mine might be slightly different as I am trying the yearly upgrade scheme this time.

I just phoned again, the confirmation email was never released hence non receipt, they couldn't send it again and said unlikely to receive one when it's shipped. Bloody useless springs to mind!So I have to ring tomorrow p.m for the tracking number.... I'm not holding my breath

I have not heard a thing, ordered from cpw but thought I would have heard something, doubt if I will get a shipped email as it's going to the store. Anyone else ordered with cpw and not heard?

Just had the status updated on my order to 'shipped'. Ordered from samsung direct. Does UK Mail provide time slots? Sods law the wife wants to go out shopping tomorrow!!

UK Mail provide 1 hour time slots. I read they give you the time on the morning of delivery. If you're near a depot I believe you my be able to collect

really excited for everyone mine comes through /3/ each year they have been pretty good at shipping to my door with text being sent to me with delivery info. No shipping errors so far so hope this one is the same. i have been playing with a demo model Note near work for the past week and cant wait for my black unit to arrive tomorrow. The delivery slot luckily landed on my day off!
