UK Pre Orders

I use the track my order at the bottom of the main menu on Samsung uk.

Yes that takes me to the order lookup but when I put the order number in which begins UK and then has 10 numbers it says order not found. Is your order number the same make up? I'm starting to worry if it's because I never got a confirmation email initially and if there is another order number I should have?
Can feel a call to samsung coming on......

Update.

Just had a phone call from the Samsung Experience Store to confirm my phone has been recieved by the store and will be available tomorrow.

On another note, I'm hearing from another forum that the phone delivery direct from Samsung UK won't be until saturday now and not friday.

Yes that's the page. I have just phoned them and they confirmed the order is being processed but couldn't explain why the order isn't showing in the order look up page or why I haven't had any emails.
Their customer service is so poor.
And yes she said to me that it won't be delivered until Saturday even though I was in the first batch to be sent. Guess I won't need that phone sitter after all! Stuffed if it doesn't come Saturday too as it will be Tuesday then as bank holiday :-(

Well when we ordered it said 23rd and you got choice of time slots so why say 23rd then and now change it. They are not that helpful on the phone, hope you're email reply is more so. Let us know what they say. Although probably Friday by the time you get a response!

Been watching this page for a few days now and thought id sign up to post what ive learned


Ive preordered the aura glow note 10+ 5G version from samsung

After seeing people on reddit say they had been told it would be delivered on sat not fri i rang them up to ask
After handing over my details it was confirmed they will ship the phone on fri for a sat delivery

Worse still for some a post of a chat log from o2 has said they will ship them on fri for next WORKING day delivery, which is tuesday the 27th as monday is a bank holiday

No I didn't get a reply yet, initially I ordered on 7th for the 5g model but cancelled and re-ordered the 4g on 8th.

I ordered on the 10th, said delivery by the 23rd and even gave me the option to pay for a timeslot on that day

Im crossing my fingers the person on the phone was wrong
