Just got another email saying your phone will be with you soon, no delivery info and my card hasn't even been charged yet, very disappointing. Still says in stock on the order page :-( I'm annoyed that I've heard about people that ordered 2 or 3 days ago are getting theirs.

Anyone actually getting a black one tomorrow?

I ordered a black one without a case in the morning on 24th Feb. Mine looks definitely on for tomorrow (8th). I got my tracking info via text from Parcelforce on Sunday but Samsung site at time still said awaiting stock. That updated today though to shipped. Latest tracking info now shows its moved on from London depot and now reached Bristol being prepared for delivery. Only 26 miles down to Weston-super-Mare so hope not a long wait in as not sure Parcelforce give delivery slots. Think it's just an all dayer.

Ah ok, did they have the headsets ready to go as well for pick up?

That I ain't sure, I assume they gonna deliver both together? TBH I'm more concerned about the phone, the headset can wait

The headset most likely will come in on a separate day. That's how it's working at Carphone Warehouse.

Why ? its not as though the headset is new its been out for 6 months so stock issues shouldn't be the problem CPW haven't told customers anything regarding this if its not sent out today along with the phone i think they will have complaints. I was told last week by CS that everything would be the delivered the same day.

It could be. It's not guaranteed though. They get sent to the store separately.

ParcelForce usually deliver out furthest first so depends on where your depot is!

When I got my dispatch text on Friday from CPW it said the phone and headset will be delivered to store today but in separate deliveries, also not sure when I should pop down there to see if it's arrived yet

Got a phone call from Samsung shop. Phones not here and can't guarantee when it will be. Hoping for tomorrow. Way beyond not happy. Made point why did i preorder to get it early if they can't deliver.
