Unable to Backup Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus

Hi,

I have Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus 64GB.

It is almost full, so I'm trying to backup on my PC to clear some space.

Kies is no longer supported for my device.

I've tried Smart Switch, but it keep telling me that:

The following categories have been excluded because there is no data on the device:

Internet, Images, Music, Videos, Voice Recording, Applications, Email.

The following categories have failed to back up due to an error.
X Contacts Error occurred. Unable to proceed with data backup.
X Call logs Error occurred. Unable to proceed with data backup.

Any suggestions?
