Unable to boot into recovery because of android optimisations

Hi! I've had a Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 since January 2017. I recently rooted to Super SU then Magisk because I wanted Google Pay. For a month now every time I've booted my phone it has just gone to android optimisation for a minute then booted to the lock screen. Then it started rebooting all the time in the middle of me doing anything. Back to the optimisation.

It has gotten to the point where now I can't boot to recovery or anything because my phone gets caught in a boot loop until I let go of power and my android OS uses upwards of 20 percent battery.

I'm so lost. I've tried everything. Please help.

Sorry to say, but from what you describe, it's not worth fixing.

I figured out what was draining my battery and using my OS! An app called Purify by Kingo Root. As soon as I removed it my drain was fixed!
