Unable to change screen Un-Lock Pin mode

Hi Everyone,

I had selected password for my screen un-lock security, now I want to change or remove it. I am not getting the option to so the same. All the other options are greyed out. please let me know how i can change the mode or remove it.

If you have it set to password, you will need to enter that password first before being allowed to change it to something else. Same with any other screen security (PIN, Password, Pattern lock, etc). It's a simple but effective way of preventing it from being changed by an unauthorized user.

Even after providing the password all other options were greyed out with the message disabled by administrator. I even tried removing administrator for all applications in settings >> more >> security >> device administrators. but still other options was not active. Lost my patience and have done a factory reset. Thanks for the info.
