Unable to connect my Turbo 2 with laptop via cable

Been using Turbo 2 , its awsome phone , battery life is good , camera is satisfactory "No OIS",
the issue is when I connect this phone to my Laptop I did'nt pop up or show any sign in notificatio bar as other phones mostly do, have changed many data cable but they only charge the phone.

Does the icon show up on the top left of your screen?

no , nothings shows any where.

You don't see options in the Notification panel (when you pull it down) for Charging Only / File Transfer, etc?
