Unable to disable new camera and unlocking chime

Pixel 3 started making a descending three note chime when unlocking the phone and opening the camera app. All sounds are disabled in advanced sound settings and within the camera app but it still happens. I tried turning on the Locking sounds, and it now plays both the unlocking sound and this new three note chime. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you take a screen shot of the settings in sounds ?

Here is the screenshot, as you can see theyre off, but it still makes the descending 3 note chime. Ivw tried resetting the phone and it just keeps going

Have you tried to restart the phone see if it fixes it , but yes I see what you mean

Ok I see , now if you go into safe mode does it still happen? This cuts off any third party apps. Something is overriding the sound selection you using which in your case none for those applications u mentioned.

I just tried and it's still making the sound in safe mode

Figured it out. It makes that sound when NFC is turned on. I turned it off in the Bluetooth settings and then voila
