Unable to post from new device

I logged into my account and tried to post a message in the shield tablet forum from that device.

I received an error stating I'm either not logged in or don't have permission to post.

After getting the error while using the tablet, I clicked the account link and I'm looking at my account profile. So, what is preventing me from being able to post in the forums from the tablet?

Logout - close the app - open the app - login
