Hi everyone, looking for some help to fix my problem. I have a number of IPCAMs setup at home, all of which have worked perfectly for 3 years now. I have always been able to view the cameras using the Tenvis App on all my devices (including my work mobile (Samsung with Android 9) and my previous mobile (Nokia 8 with Android 9)). I have never had any problems viewing the cameras over the 4G, until now. I upgraded my phone at the weekend to the Moto G8 Plus, and can see the cameras live video streams when either on WiFi or using a HotSpot, although I am unable to view any live streams via the 4G. The phone/app simply refuses to show anything, and just continues to circle on the screen. I now my EE 4G account is setup correctly, as moving the SIM card back to my old phone works perfectly on 4G. I have also tried changing a number of settings on the Moto, but to no success. So, I’m at a loss, and looking for any help any of you could offer up. Much thanks, Bryan.
