Hello there.
Yesterday I downloaded and installed the new update 4.3 for my Galaxy.
It went fine and there was no problems reported when I installed it but..
After the installation I have been completely unable to toggle wifi AND bluetooth on.
Trying to share my data conneciton via wifi hotspot is in a temporary state not turning on or off.
I have tried restarting the phone several times, I have tried a cache reset, I have tried a factory reset and all with the same result.
Might say that I have never ever had any problems with the phone before this update. No apps or firmware installations/updates have resulted in this before.
First after 4.3 it happened.
I do not have a rooted phone and would preferably want a solution that solves the problem without having to do so.
Is there anyone who knows the problem and might be able to help?
