Unable to transfer photos from Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini

I have lost access to my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, as I forgot the password. Before I reset it, I want to move the photos over to my computer so I have them all stored. Since I can't get on my phone, what other things can I do to import the photos on to my computer?

If you can flash a TWRP recovery for your model number then flash superSU.zip to root the device you can use the new recovery to make a backup of your internal storage and it will save the photos, then you can factory reset in TWRP and the password should be removed.
