Unable to update or download apps using AT&T data connection...Something must be disabled

Hi All,

I am fairly certain either I have something disabled in Package Disabler Pro OR I have something checked/unchecked in settings but what I absolutely know for certain is that I am NOT able to download or update an app in Google Play using AT&T data. I MUST be on WiFi to do so....

Any ideas?

Hello! I would take it to AT&T and get a new sim card. Good luck!
