Unable to update

So, my sister has the s21 Ultra Unlocked on AT&T. For a little while now, she's had an update showing. She downloads it and attempts to install it, but it fails every time. It tells her to take it to a Samsung Service Center, but I'm not sure we have one locally. Is there a way to get the update to install without going to Samsung? Thanks in advance.

I usually leave this in each Samsung thread with a sticky. But need a PC , Odin latest and Frija from XDA site . Look this thread over any more help let me know.

No as long as you use Home CSC in place of CSC in Odin

This is like me trying to learn Chinese. I feel so lost. Why can't these updates just happen like they always do?

It's not hard it seems like it at first but once you learn can help u in future problem arise.
Wish things were problem free but it happens and Att is known for this .

I just wanted you to know that recently I got the time to check smart switch for her device. The update showed up and worked perfectly.
