Unable to use forum on Tapatalk

I'm trying to use Android Central forum on Tapatalk. I'm signed into Tapatalk and also Android Cental, but A/C says my account is inactive and waiting for an email verification. The verification link never comes. I hate to have to read the forum on my phone, but go to my desktop PC to reply toa thread. Tapatalk says it's not their problem and yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Android Central forum on Tapatalk.

Are you using the official Tapatalk app, because that looks like the Android Central Forum app which has been retired. If not, switch to the official Tapatalk app and see if the issue remains because by all accounts, your account is currently active and there's nothing preventing it from working.

Yes, I'm using the official Tapatalk app. My account is good and I can post through the A/C website on my PC, just not from Tapatalk. It really makes no sense.

It really doesn't because like you say, you can post from PC and the your account is fine. There's no email to verify, you've already done that. One suggestion that MAY work would be to change your password here on Android Central, and then using that new password login to Tapatalk as that will force a re-sync of your account. There's very little on our end that we control to make Tapatalk work and when issues do arise, they are rather hard to trouble shoot.

Can also try unfollow Android Central in Tapatalk then add again see if you get the same message, one other thing make sure you don't have multiple accounts and not using the correct one , sometimes not thinking about it you enter another account.

I finally got it. Apparently, the login for Tapatalk and A/C have to be the same and i was using a different login. Oh well, all's good.
