unable to use google stickers in messages

Hmmm, not sure whats going on here, on my g5plus Incould use the google stickers in the google messaging app, however on my new g6plus which is set up the same with the same permissions it wont down load then or let me use more than the one thats shown in the menu.

Ive searched google forums and donr the unistall of the g board, clearded the cache or deleated the memory, then re installed as per Google's suggestion but still no good.

Anyone have and ideas?

I do have the newest key board and its an unlocked UK g6plus.
