unable to use my hotspot on my laptop

I am using Intel pro/wireless wifi connection utility. When I click on my razr wifi it tells me I need a device ownership password. I have no clue where to find the password, can anyone help me out.? Thank you!

if the hotspot or local wireless router or wireless modem has a password, WEP key, etc, and you are not the owner of the hotspot or local wireless router or wireless modem, then you need to contact the businesses front desk (if its a local business, resturant, hotel, airport, library, etc) or an IT dept for that business (colleges, schools, your job, etc)

if you are the owner, then type in the password/WEP key. If you dont know it, ask your parents or call your ISP that provided the hotspot or local wireless router or wireless modem to your home.
