Unable to Wipe Cache Partition S20 Ultra

Hi Everyone. Hoping someone could shed some light and help me out.
Long story short, I'm trying to wipe my cache partition.
I've done this before on my previous phone/phones, no issues and it's pretty straight forward.
It's my first time attempting to do it on my S20 Ultra but for some reason I can't get to the mode required.

I've tried the obvious,
Turn Phone Off
Volume Up + Power
That didn't work.
So I tried
Volume Down + Power
That didn't work.
Watched some YouTube videos, googled it etc and no matter what I can't get it to work.
All that happens is the phone eventually just turns back on and then I'll try again..
Software is all up to date..

Has anyone experienced this?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated .

Volume up and power button held as soon as you power up.is the correct way , maybe plug phone in computer and try it

Did you buy this phone directly from Samsung or a carrier, or from some 3rd party seller?
