Hello,
This is the 4th time my LG G4 gets stuck when trying to make a call.
It might happen before trying to make the call, but I realize this when I do try to make one.
The call will not go through and will remain at connecting.
No sound can be heard from the phone.
At this time, I will just press Cancel, but the call cannot be cancelled and will remain at "Ending call"
Power button does not work when this happens and I am unable to turn off the phone. Double tap to lock still works and it is the only way to turn off the screen.
The rest of the applications seem to work just fine when this happens.
I have a tough case, front and bottom and to remove it is a pain, the material being very rigid.
Anyone else experienced such behavior? Searching the web only yields results about people not being able to turn the phone on
Just for reference: Stock Android 6 V20d-EUR-XX with patch level 2016-01-01 (not rooted)
The first time this happened, I tried a factory reset, to no avail it seems.
