Unbelievable Customer Keeps Calling for GN Upgrade

Doesn't mean that you use their service. Before Verizon got the iPhone, plenty of their employees had iPhones.
 
I never said I spoke with him three times. I noticed inhis account remarks that he had called that many times

It seems like he was trying to call different people hoping to get the answer he wanted. It wouldn't upset me if I had seen that a person called three times vs. actually speaking with them three times myself. That's just me though.
