Let me preface by saying I'm new to this and I'm trying to learn.....:):(

So I changed the APK for the stock HTC Clock Widget (used an apk from XDA). The change I made worked just fine, but in the name of learning, I want to revert it back without doing a Nandroid restore. So here's my question. If I saved the stock apk on the SD card prior to flashing the theme change, can I overwrite the apk in the zip file, rezip it, flash again and be good to go or is there a better way to do this? As you can tell, I'm taking baby steps here.

It depends on whether or not the Clock widget had any other changes in the .apk, but yes, you should be able to replace it by adb push *.apk /system/app <------ Depends on the location the .apk was installed.
