Unevoked 3.21 rocks!

dont waste your time Brooose, igotsanevo is lame in every thread. that's his/her M.O., just to snicker and b#tch.

anyways, i went to Simple Root rout but i guess this new Unrevoked is on par with that now, would try it if i had another phone to root. I hope more people root and spur the ROM developers to come out with great stuff!

With all due respect.. igotsanevo has helped more people on this forum than you ever could. The "snicker and *****" comment was "lame" and totally uncalled for. The fact of the matter is unrEVOked doesn't have a great track record. If anyone is gonna seriously try and argue that then obviously you have no idea what you're talking about and quite frankly have no right to even talk about any of this hack stuff. It's a known fact that unrEVOked caused a **** load of problems in the past. THAT'S why so many people are very hesitant and are against using that method. If you have a bunch of experienced people telling you something, I'd suggest if not taking their advice, at least have respect for their advice. Why? Because those will be the same people you'll come crying to when **** hits the fan with your phone or you need help.. I rooted myself the long way and the RIGHT way. I learned a lot about abd from doing that method. A lot of things in the hacking world isn't as easy as clicking once and getting good stuff. A lot of things you need to know adb and other stuff. Which is why it's good to do it the long way, you learn. Then again, I guess it depends on your personality.. Back when I was a kid, I never wanted to spend hundreds of dollars getting my car fixed when I was older.. So, I learned how to fix them. Now, I work on a top alcohol funny car.. Learning how to do **** the right way the first time, can save you a lot of time and bull****.

hypothetically here could you unrevoked...flash a stock 2.1 and use the simple root method?

Nope, because you will already have to be rooted to flash a 2.1 rom so simple root would be pointless.

Thanks for gettin my back jerzy.

I wouldnt waste your time trying to talk too many unrevoked users out of using it, they don't understand what we are tring to tell them and they are stubborn as hell.

I just sit back and enjoy reading the threads where people have problems with or after using unrevoked and I can just say I told you so to myself and not help them. :)

I have to agree I'm pretty new to this forum but from what I've seen igotsanevo4g has gave some pretty good advice no matter what personal preference of root method.
