Unfortunately, "all apps" has stopped and more problems

My XT907 show messages ( Unfortunately, "all apps" has stopped )
I tried to do data factory reset and cache partition wipe but my phone stayed the same before factory reset and pattern stayed and don't deleted
Also, I tried to flash FXZ rom ( VZW_XT907_4.4.2-KDA20.62-15.1_1FF.xml and VZW_XT907_4.4.2-KDA20.62-10.1_CFC_1FF.xml.zip ) but pattern and messages still

Please any one can help me...

Welcome to Android Central! It's actually referring to an app called "All Apps"? That's odd, because the App Drawer is part of the launcher, so I would expect it to say that the Launcher stopped (or it might be called Home, or Motoblur). Was the phone already rooted, and if so, was it running a custom ROM before?
