Unfortunately clock has stopped error message

This message keeps popping up on the screen like every second. I can’t get into any app to change settings or anything. Anyone have any info on how to fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to get into the system settings? If so, go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, select Clock, then Storage, then clear the cache and data.
