Unfortunately contacts has stopped

I keep getting this message today. Every time I hit the phone button it does it then closes the phone. So I basically cannot make a call. ANy thoughts?

Me also. None of the zillion suggested fixes has worked. Phone useless like this and only 2 weeks old. This is not good.
