"Unfortunately, DRA has stopped." Message

[Android Central Question]

I own the LG Aristo and the message, "Unfortunately, DRA has stopped." pops up when I turn on the phone. when the phone is on, it keeps saying Google Services Framework has stopped. It also says EchoLocate has stopped as well. It continuously pops up. I can barely press anything else. How do I fix this without damaging my phone or deleting my data?
