Tried clearing cache. Did not work. Help

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Do you use an Exchange email account? If not, try clearing the Exchange Services data as well in Settings>Apps. ​Or just Disable it altogether, if it lets you.

I tried the "clear cache" thingy & it didn't work for me either. I don't want to turn off my sync on my tablet because it won't alert me when I get email from my other account. After all, that's the whole purpose of having the sync...to be alerted that I have email from my other account. I went into my settings, accounts, clicked on my other email account...unchecked "sync contacts" & unchecked "sync calender". I left the check on "sync email", I did not uncheck it. This seemed to work for me, the "Unfortunately Exchange Services has stopped" quit popping up. Grant you, my calendar & contacts are not syncing but my email still is. I'm happy with this result, my email is more important to me than my calendar & contacts. At least this stopped the irritating pop up & my email is working fine. Hope this helps...at least until someone stumbles upon how to actually fix this problem.
