Unfortunately Google play services has stopped message appearing repeatedly

Every few seconds my s7 edge is displaying this message and it only stops when I restart the device but then 5 to 10 minutes later it starts doing it again, can anyone help?

You could try to clear Google play services data and/or removing and adding your Google account back.
