Hi I have a Telefunken 7" tablet it keeps coming up unfortunately Google play store has stopped, advast has stopped the list goes on can anyone help me,I tried resting the tablet but it shuts it down and comes back on and nothing has been deleted pls help

what do you need help on? With google play store app or with resetting your tablet? If your tablet does not reset, then you probably need to re-flash the os or your device need to be serviced. Find a support site for your tablet. With the Google Play Store, delete cache and uninstall update, and restart the tablet.
