I almost ordered one today until I read this thread. Guess I'll keep waiting to see what else comes along.

This phone is phenomenal! I hope you went into a store and actually looked at it in person. Don't base your opinion on someone else's experience. You really need to hold it in your own hand and try it out.

Unfortunately, short of a software update from LG, there's no way to properly calibrate this display. To most users it won't matter at all, but for those used to using displays that are have very accurate modes (Samsung's in basic, HTC 10, Nexus 6P in sRGB, Pixels in sRGB, Nexus 5X) it looks very different.

Not true...Wait until custom kernels come out for the v20 with better color adjustments, contrast, ect.
