Android Central Question
Hi, I was recently given an old android phone, not sure of its model but it’s very similar to the TELSTRA TEMPO ZTE T815. When I got it I could unlock it but most apps weren’t useable due to the “unfortunately, settings has stopped” error. I couldn’t even open the settings app. After going through trouble shooting options online, I put it into android system recovery. Did a wipe cache partition, factor reset and reboot. Now when I start the phone I don’t even get to unlock the phone. The error just appears and when clicking ok I briefly see a white screen before the error pops up again- cycle continues. So the wiping just seems to have made the problem worse. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards
