Unfortunately, System UI has stopped. And restarts every 40 seconds.

I soft reset the phone. I entered into safe mode. Still the message keeps popping up and the phone re starts after about 35 seconds.

Details: Note 5, about one year old. Perfect condition other then this issue. T-Mobile carrier...if that matters.

Please help!!

Is there anything you can attribute to causing this, some new app installed, a system update?
